Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CAD Drafter role based in Navi Mumbai. The CAD Drafter will prepare detailed technical and engineering drawings for process plants and industrial equipment using AutoCAD and CATIA, adhering to project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities include converting design concepts and rough sketches into accurate 2D and 3D models, updating drawings based on engineering feedback, and maintaining organized drawing records and documentation. The role involves close collaboration with design engineers, project managers,



and fabrication teams to ensure drawings are practical for manufacturing, erection, and commissioning. The CAD Drafter will also support design reviews, identify potential design issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of drafting practices and templates.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Technical Drawing and Engineering Drawings, with the ability to interpret and create detailed layouts and schematics.
- Ability to produce accurate Drawing and Architectural Drawings relevant to industrial plants and equipment.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, particularly AutoCAD and CATIA, for 2D and 3D modeling.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical field.
- Understanding of fabrication processes, manufacturing tolerances, and industrial standards (e.g., ASME, IS codes) is advantageous.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work accurately under project timelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Prior experience in plant design or EPC projects for process industries (sugar, distillery, ethanol, or similar) is a plus.
