Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support IBM Planning Analytics / Cognos TM1 applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Design and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, rules, and feeders to meet business planning requirements.
- Build and optimize data integrations using TM1 processes (TurboIntegrator) to load, validate, and reconcile financial data.
- Partner with finance teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver user-friendly planning models.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes to ensure high availability and data accuracy.
- Improve model performance through tuning, best practices, and proactive monitoring of TM1 workloads.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and user guides for planning solutions.
- Support UAT cycles, release deployments, and post-release validations to ensure reliable and reliable delivery.

Minimum

Qualifications:

- MCom or CA qualification with 3–5 years of overall experience in finance/analytics/technology roles.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics / Cognos TM1.




- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
- Experience building or supporting TM1 objects (cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and TI processes).
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred

Qualifications:

- Experience designing end-to-end planning solutions including model design, security, data integration, and reporting layers.
- Exposure to Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) for building dashboards, books, and interactive planning experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven ability to optimize TM1 performance and improve planning cycle efficiency.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of best practices for model governance, version control, and release management in planning systems.

Good to have skills: Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW), TurboIntegrator (TI) scripting, TM1 rules & feeders optimization, MDX, SQL
