Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying potential clients/students, generating leads, building relationships, and converting opportunities into successful enrollments.

Requirements

- Any UG/PG degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM / Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Interest in the IT Training, Education, Recruitment, or Career Consultancy industry is preferred.
