Vista Communications Inc. is hiring a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive recent business development in the U.S. hospitality and MDU markets . This role is heavily focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation targeting hotel owners, management companies, and multi-property operators.

nWe are looking for a hunter-style outbound sales professional who is comfortable making high-volume cold calls and building a pipeline through proactive outreach.

nKey Responsibilities

- Conduct high-volume cold calling to hotel owners and hospitality management companies in the U.S.
n
- Perform outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
n
- Generate new leads and schedule discovery calls
n
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
n
- Promote telecom, VoIP, fiber, and IT infrastructure solutions
n
- Execute lead generation and appointment setting
n
- Maintain CRM and track sales activities
n
- Work closely with U.S.-based engineering and sales teams
n
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
n
- Support marketing campaigns and follow up on inbound leads
n

nRequired Experience

n

n
- 7+ years of B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Outbound Sales
n




- Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation in US Markets
n
- Experience selling into Hospitality, Hotels, MDU, Telecom, or IT Infrastructure preferred in USA Markets
n
- Comfortable making 50–100 outbound calls per day
n
- Experience working with U.S. customers preferred
n
- Excellent English communication skills
n
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
n
