About the Role

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee and drive operational excellence for JCool across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operational management, owning the P&L;, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, cost-effective services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- P&L; Ownership
- Take complete ownership of the Profit & Loss statement for all India operations.
- Monitor operational expenses and revenues to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency without compromising service quality.

- Stakeholder Coordination

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations and Projects, to ensure smooth handover and timely commencement of operations at new sites.
- Establish clear communication channels and workflows for seamless project-to-operations transitions.

- Vendor Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance against agreed KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal requirements.

- Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling operational and techno-commercial discussions.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Build long-term partnerships by delivering consistent value and service excellence.

- Billing & Budget Adherence





- Ensure timely and accurate billing in alignment with project milestones and service delivery.
- Monitor budget utilization and take corrective actions to avoid overruns.
- Work with finance teams to streamline billing processes and collections.

Experience Range: 3 - 6 years
