Role Overview

The Business Operations professional will support operational efficiency, project coordination, and business performance within HVAC projects. The role focuses on improving processes, tracking execution, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth delivery of HVAC projects and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

- Monitor day-to-day HVAC business operations and project execution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Service, Procurement, and Finance teams.
- Track project progress, timelines, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure smooth workflow between field teams and corporate office.

2. Project Coordination

- Support execution of HVAC installation, retrofit, and maintenance projects.
- Track BOQ, project schedules, manpower allocation, and material movement.
- Follow up with project managers for milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation.

3. Business Performance & Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Analyze project profitability, revenue performance, and cost control.
- Maintain data related to contracts, clients, and ongoing projects.
- Support leadership in business decision-making through data insights.

4. Process Improvement

- Identify operational gaps and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Standardize SOPs, reporting formats, and operational workflows.
- Support digital tools implementation (ERP/CRM/Project trackers).

5. Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support client communication related to execution status.
- Assist management in review meetings and action tracking.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good understanding of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF, AHU, Ventilation, BMS).
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of EPC/MEP/HVAC project lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with reporting & data handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and execution ownership.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
- MBA Operations / Project Management (Added Advantage)

Experience

- 3–8 years experience in HVAC / MEP / EPC industry.
- Experience in business operations, project coordination, or operations management preferred.

Technical Skills

- MS Excel (Advanced preferred)
