LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY | BUSINESS HEAD Leading Automotive & Auto Components Group We are seeking a seasoned Business Head to lead and scale a ₹1,000 Cr+ business within a leading automotive group. This is a strategic leadership mandate with end-to-end P&L; ownership , requiring a solid combination of business acumen, customer leadership, operational excellence, technology orientation and people leadership. Own the complete P&L; and overall business performance • Drive strategic relationships with leading automotive OEMs • Identify and convert new business and platform opportunities • Lead senior teams across Engineering, Program Management, Manufacturing and Quality • Drive operational excellence, productivity, cost optimization and quality • Strengthen organizational capability,



leadership development and succession planning • 18–22 years of experience in Automotive / Auto Components • Proven track record of P&L; ownership and business leadership • Experience managing and scaling a large-scale automotive business • Strong exposure to automotive electronics / technology-driven businesses preferred • Strong OEM relationships and customer-facing leadership experience • Sound commercial and financial acumen • A high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape, scale and transform a significant automotive business while working closely with the senior leadership team.
