nRoles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular audits of source data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps.
n
- Ensure stored data integrity by validating data transformation processes and identifying discrepancies.
n
- Develop and maintain data quality monitoring dashboards and alerts to detect errors and anomalies.
n
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data validation checks and enforce best practices.
n
- Work with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and troubleshoot ETL failures.
n
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and CoE Standards.
n
- Gather business requirements and translate needs to help develop data analytic platforms.
n
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
n
- Define and document data requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs.
n

nSkills Required:

- Strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting
n
- Experience in Analytics,



including sales and business data analysis
n
- Proficiency in creating dashboards, reports, and actionable insights
n
- Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
n
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, and validation processes
n
- Ability to audit, monitor, and maintain data integrity
n
- Familiarity with ETL processes and troubleshooting data pipelines
n
- Experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions
n
- Solid communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and engineering teams
n
- Understanding of KPIs, metrics definition, and reporting standards
n
- Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification (preferred)
n

nNote: This is a Night Shift role. Candidates must be comfortable working in Night Shifts.

nEducation: Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, CS or other related field; Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification is highly preferred.
