Business Head – Mutual Fund Distribution | Vanmoh Group

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu | Full-time

Vanmoh Group is launching its Mutual Fund Distribution business and is looking for a Business Head to build it from the ground up — the first hire for this vertical.

What you'll do:

- Set up ARN registration, AMC empanelment, and the regulatory/compliance framework
- Define go-to-market strategy and roll out mutual fund distribution across our branches
- Build and lead the sales/advisory team from scratch — hiring, training, and processes
- Drive AUM growth, SIP sales, and cross-sell to our existing chit fund & insurance customer base
- Build relationships with AMC partners and negotiate commercial terms

What we're looking for:

- 10+ years in mutual fund distribution, wealth management, or BFSI sales
- Experience setting up or scaling a new business/branch network preferred
- Valid NISM Series V-A certification and AMFI ARN (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable building something current
- Willingness to travel across branches and markets

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
