Role Description The Business Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai, responsible for driving overall business growth and operational excellence for Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role oversees strategy development, revenue generation, client portfolio expansion, and profitability across service lines, ensuring alignment with company vision and market opportunities.

The Business

Head leads cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, operations, and delivery, setting performance goals, monitoring KPIs, and optimizing processes to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing go-to-market plans,



managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and guiding pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations. The role also involves mentoring team members, fostering a high-performance culture, and staying updated on digital marketing trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience directing cross-functional teams and building a performance-driven, inclusive culture.
- Demonstrated expertise in business strategy, growth planning, and revenue management within digital marketing, advertising, technology, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in sales and account management, including pipeline development, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and web services (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media marketing, branding, website development) and their commercial impact.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to set, track, and interpret KPIs, financial metrics, and market insights to inform operational and strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior business leadership role, preferably in a digital agency or technology services workplace, with a track record of scaling operations.
