Business Head - Franchise Growth - 12 Years - Mumbai A leading education organization is looking for an experienced Business Head to drive overall business growth, revenue, collections, franchisee productivity, and operational excellence across a geographically distributed franchise network. The role will own franchise expansion, admissions, retention, value-added services, school kits, customer experience, compliance, and team capability.

Responsibilities

- Own overall revenue, collections, profitability, and business targets across the franchise network.
- Identify revenue gaps and implement corrective actions to improve business performance.
- Improve productivity and profitability of existing franchisee schools through focused business strategies.
- Drive repeat business, cross-selling, and increased parent wallet share across the network.
- Develop strategies for underperforming franchisee schools and improve their overall business performance.
- Drive new admissions, student retention, and enrolment targets across franchisee schools.
- Monitor admission funnels, conversion and retention metrics, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Drive sales and revenue contribution from Value Added Services (VAS), including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

- 15-20 years of overall experience, with 8-10 years in business leadership, P&L;, or regional business leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing a franchise-led, channel-driven, or multi-unit business model.
- Strong experience managing revenue,



collections, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Hands-on experience in franchise acquisition, franchisee onboarding, productivity, and retention.
- Demonstrated experience in customer/student acquisition, retention, revenue expansion, and repeat business.
- Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams through defined KPIs and performance metrics.
