Job Summary myG India Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced Business Heads to lead individual business categories and drive revenue, market share, profitability, and overall category growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute category business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Drive revenue growth, market share, margins, and sell-through.
- Manage pricing, promotions, schemes, incentives, and commercial plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, brands, and distributors.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, schemes, margins, and business partnerships.
- Manage inventory, stock ageing, purchase planning, and liquidation.
- Lead Area Managers and sales teams across multiple locations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, product launches, and customer demand.
- Drive product launches, promotions, training, and sales initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales,



Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Review business performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in the respective category, preferably in retail.
- Strong industry and OEM/brand relationships.
- Proven experience in category/business management and multi-location operations.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing sales teams and achieving aggressive business targets.

Candidates with solid experience in the respective category and established industry relationships will be preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
