Role & responsibilities

Act as the first point of coordination across Innovation, Engineering, and Systems Management on the Head's behalf chasing action items, consolidating updates, and flagging risks before they need to reach her.

- Own first-draft compilation of the Weekly MD Deep Dive report: collect unit inputs, draft KPI/RAG entries and

narrative, and bring the Head only exceptions and judgment calls for review before it goes to the MD.
- Track the Pending Tracker and Cross-Functional Dependencies items to closure following up with owners

directly, and escalating to the Head only genuine blockers, not routine status.
- Represent the Head in routine plant walkthroughs, technical reviews, and vendor/quality meetings across Legacy,

Veg, and ACF where her personal presence isn't required, reporting back findings and exceptions.
- Support tracking of capex and technical project timelines (recent-line CAPEX, plant upgrades) across units,

coordinating between Plant GMs, the Engineering Head, and Supply Chain to surface slippage early.




- Deputize for the Head on technical continuity items during her absence, within limits she sets, keeping the MD and

function heads informed.
- Maintain a single, current view of open items across all of the Heads & functional areas so nothing depends on her

memory alone.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related technical discipline with an MBA degree or

equivalent.
- 5 to 8 years in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment, spanning at least two of: plant operations,

engineering/projects, quality/FSQA, or R&D;/NPD coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across functions and levels without formal authority over them a track

record of getting cross-team follow-through, not just producing reports.
- Comfortable moving between plant floor and MD-facing reporting in the same day; strong written communication

for status and escalation drafting.
