Job Summary

Riseonic Organization is looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives – Banking Sales The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, promoting banking products, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

## Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers through various sales channels.
- Promote and sell banking products such as Credit Cards, Loans and other financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Acquire new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful business.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer status.

## Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
