CleanForCare is hiring Business Development Executives to support our growing business in Nagpur.

The role involves identifying potential business clients, generating leads, meeting prospective customers, explaining our Facility Management and Housekeeping Services, following up with prospects, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact potential B2B customers.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present CleanForCare's services to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospective clients.
- Convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain daily lead and client-visit records.
- Work towards monthly business development goals.

Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with business clients.
- Basic negotiation and sales skills.




- Willingness to travel within Nagpur for client meetings.
- Sales or Business Development experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with measurable sales targets.

Compensation & Incentives
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
- Additional performance-based incentives may be available based on achieved business targets.
- Compensation will be discussed based on relevant experience during the selection process.
