Role Description The Business Development Representative is a full time, on-site internship based in Hyderabad,



responsible for driving student acquisition and partnerships for IRYA Overseas Global Education.

Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads through calls, emails, and in-person interactions, conducting initial counselling discussions, and presenting IRYA’s services to prospective students and partners.

The role involves managing the sales funnel, following up on inquiries, scheduling and conducting meetings, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.

The representative will collaborate with counselling and operations teams to ensure a smooth student journey from first contact to enrolment, while meeting defined sales targets and performance metrics.

- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
