Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients, and driving sales growth in e-waste, PCB recycling, and scrap processing services.

The Business Development

Manager will conduct market research, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligned with client expectations.



Day-to-day activities include lead generation, client meetings, pipeline management, reporting on performance metrics, and contributing to marketing and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in recycling, waste management, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to perform market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Understanding of e-waste recycling, PCB recycling, and scrap processing processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic reporting and forecasting techniques.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Delhi.
