nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can drive solar sales, manage customer relationships, generate business opportunities and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Develop new business opportunities in the solar sector.
n
- Generate leads through calls, references, field visits and other channels.
n
- Handle residential, commercial and industrial solar customers.
n
- Understand customer electricity requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
n
- Explain On-Grid, Off-Grid and Hybrid Solar Systems to customers.
n
- Conduct customer meetings and solar project presentations.
n
- Follow up with qualified leads and convert them into customers.
n
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team.
n
- Negotiate with customers and close solar projects.
n
- Maintain the complete sales pipeline in CRM/ERP.
n
- Build relationships with customers, builders, businesses and institutions.
n
- Manage sales follow-ups and ensure timely closure.
n




- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
n
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
n
- Coordinate with installation, finance and support teams after order confirmation.
n
- Develop and manage a strong solar sales pipeline.
n

? Target-Based RolenThis is a performance and target-based Business Development Manager position.

nThe candidate will be responsible for achieving:

Candidate Requirementsn

n
- Graduate/MBA/BBA preferred.
n
- 2–6 years of experience in Solar Sales / Solar EPC / Renewable Energy Business Development preferred.
n
- Strong knowledge of the solar industry.
n




- Experience in residential/commercial/industrial solar sales will be an advantage.
n
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
n
- Strong customer handling and closing ability.
n
- Comfortable with phone calls, customer meetings and follow-ups.
n
- Ability to work with monthly sales targets.
n
- CRM/ERP knowledge preferred.
n
- Hindi communication is required; English communication is preferred.
n
- Must be willing to work from the Patna office.
