The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, online platforms, networking, and other channels.

- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain company services/products and effectively communicate their value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and share regular sales and business development reports.

Requirements - 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or a related field.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Tamil, English & Hindi language proficiency is required.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
