We have openings of Business Development Manager (BDM) - Bulk Cargo Handling for leading cargo & port operations company, India

Location: Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, India

Salary: 40 to 90 K per month

Education: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime Studies, International Trade, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. (An MBA or standard industry certifications are highly preferred).

Experience: 2 to 5 years

1. Proven business development or commercial sales experience specifically within port operations, bulk terminal handling, maritime logistics, or heavy commodity trading.
2. Deep technical understanding of dry bulk, break-bulk, or liquid bulk material handling systems, vessel types (Handysize to Capesize), and maritime laytime/demurrage concepts.
3.



Proficient in logistics software, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential).
4. Formulate and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies to target producers, traders, and end-users of bulk commodities (e.g., coal, iron ore, grain, fertilizers, cement and biomass).
5. Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive commercial proposals, expressions of interest (EOIs), and formal Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
