nWe are looking for a Business Development Manager – Infrastructure who can identify, develop and convert new infrastructure opportunities while building strong relationships across the ecosystem.

n

nWhat You'll Do

n

n Identify and develop new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction and EPC.

nBuild relationships with government departments, PSUs, EPC contractors, consultants, developers and institutional client.

n Track upcoming infrastructure projects, tenders, RFPs and procurement opportunities.

nManage opportunities from initial identification through proposal, negotiation and closure.

n Coordinate with engineering, estimation, project and leadership teams on technical and commercial proposals.

nParticipate in client meetings, pre-bid meetings, industry events and stakeholder discussions.

n Understand client requirements and convert them into actionable business opportunities.

nManage the BD pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership.

n Explore new infrastructure segments, geographies and strategic accounts.

nSupport tender/bid management, documentation, submissions and follow-ups.

n Develop long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.

nRepresent Ginfra across Hyderabad, Delhi NCR and other markets as required.

nWhat We're Looking For

n

nMust Have:

n

n 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, Engineering or related project businesses.

nStrong understanding of the Indian infrastructure ecosystem.





n Experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, Project Sales or Client Acquisition within the infrastructure sector.

nExperience working with government departments, PSUs, EPC contractors, consultants or institutional clients.

n Understanding of infrastructure tenders, procurement and project processes.

nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

n Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

nStrong ownership and ability to independently drive opportunities.

n Willingness to travel across India as required.

n

nGood to Have:

n

nExperience with PWD, CPWD, NHAI, Railways, PSUs or other government institutions.

n Familiarity with GeM, CPPP and state e-procurement platforms.

nExperience handling tenders, RFPs and government contracts.

n Existing relationships within the infrastructure/EPC ecosystem.

nDefence or military infrastructure experience.

n* Engineering or MBA background.
