About the Company Company: Grun Power About the Role Position: Business Development Manager – C&I; Solar Sales Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bhopal & Indore : We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar segment.

Responsibilities - Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new C&I; solar business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and prepare commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Develop market intelligence and track competitor activities.

Qualifications - Requirements:





- 5+ years of experience in C&I; Solar / Renewable Energy sales.
- Strong knowledge of the C&I; solar market and customer segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Technical/Engineering background preferred.
