nJob Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and business growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar segment.

nResponsibilities

- Key Responsibilities:
n
- Identify and develop current C&I; solar business opportunities.
n
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with corporate and industrial clients.
n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
n
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and prepare commercial proposals.
n
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution.
n
- Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
n
- Develop market intelligence and track competitor activities.

nQualifications

- Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in C&I; Solar / Renewable Energy sales.
n
- Strong knowledge of the C&I; solar market and customer segments.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
n
- Technical/Engineering background preferred.
