DDH Assignments is looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have 1.5+ years of experience in the academic/education services industry and a strong understanding of sales, lead conversion, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert incoming leads into paying clients.
- Generate current business opportunities through various channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Understand client/student requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial communication to conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the education/academic services industry.
- Contribute new ideas and strategies to improve sales and business growth.

Requirements

- 1.5+ years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry.
- Previous experience in academic services, education services, study-abroad services, or a related field will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of sales and lead conversion.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
