DDH Assignments is looking for an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have 1.5+ years of experience in the academic/education services industry and a strong understanding of sales, lead conversion, client relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and convert incoming leads into paying clients.

Generate new business opportunities through various channels.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships.

Understand client/student requirements and recommend suitable services.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial communication to conversion.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.

Identify opportunities to increase repeat business and referrals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.





Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the education/academic services industry.

Contribute new ideas and strategies to improve sales and business growth.

Requirements

1.5+ years of relevant experience in the same or similar industry.

Previous experience in academic services, education services, study-abroad services, or a related field will be preferred.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good understanding of sales and lead conversion.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

Strong client relationship management skills.

Comfortable working in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
