Job Title

Sales Executive / Business Development Executive Odisha

Job Location: Cuttack / Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Gender: Female

Experience: 1-10 years in Sales / Business Development preferred

Travel: Local travel within Cuttack & Bhubaneswar

Job Responsibilities

Visit architects, consultants, MEP/HVAC consultants, builders, contractors and project offices within Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.

Meet consultants and architects to introduce and explain KPT products, applications and technical benefits.

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, architects and other key decision-makers.

Generate new business opportunities and identify potential projects in the assigned territory.

Follow up on projects, enquiries,



specifications and product approvals.

Conduct regular market visits and gather information on upcoming projects and competitors.

Coordinate with distributors, dealers and internal sales teams for business development.

Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update activities in CRM.

Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Handle customer queries and provide timely product-related information.

Candidate Profile

Female candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Graduate in any discipline; technical/engineering background will be an advantage.

Experience in sales, business development, building materials, plumbing, HVAC, MEP, sanitaryware or related products preferred.

Comfortable with local travelling within Cuttack and Bhubaneswar for client meetings.

Should be confident in meeting architects, consultants and project professionals.

Positive presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Should be target-oriented and willing to develop new business.
