Experience Fab is a full-service event management and brand experience agency specializing in corporate events, exhibitions, MICE, and experiential activations.

We conceptualize, design, and execute impactful brand experiences across India, including corporate events, product launches, exhibition stalls, roadshows, and brand activations.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in events, exhibitions, MICE, or experiential marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business and identify potential corporate clients.
- Drive business development for exhibitions, events, MICE, experiential marketing, and brand activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.




- Develop new accounts and generate repeat business from existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations for clients.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Lead and guide the BD team to achieve individual and team targets.

Required Skills
- Solid B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Client relationship management.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Strong understanding of the events/exhibitions industry.

Eligibility
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Events, Exhibitions, MICE, Experiential Marketing, or Brand Activations.
- Candidates with a proven B2B business development track record will be preferred.
- Candidates from Delhi NCR / Noida / Greater Noida / Ghaziabad are preferred.
