Amaravriksha Construction is a growing construction company specializing in Architecture, Home Construction & Turnkey Construction.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads for residential construction and turnkey projects
- Develop relationships with architects, civil engineers, real-estate consultants, brokers and other referral partners
- Identify and approach potential home-construction clients
- Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements
- Coordinate site visits with prospective customers
- Follow up with leads, quotations and negotiations
- Work closely with the technical team to convert enquiries into projects
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update lead status
- Develop new business opportunities and referral networks
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business-development targets

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in Construction,



Real Estate, Architecture or Building Materials is preferred
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong local network in Coimbatore is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience and proven sales performance.
