Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in the OEM segment.
- Manage bid processes from tender submission to contract award, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate deals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in project sales or business development in the engineering & construction industry.
- Proven track record of success in bid management, tender preparation, and techno-commercial analysis.
- Robust understanding of gem portal (General Engineering Merchant Portal) regulations and procedures.
