Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify & generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals & networking
- Research target markets & build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client calls, meetings, and product presentations
- Understand client requirements & propose digital marketing / business solutions
- Manage complete sales cycle - from lead generation to closure & follow-up
- Build & maintain long-term client relationships




- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals & presentations
- Maintain CRM & sales tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Software Selling
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Good negotiation, persuasion & client-handling skills
- Lead generation & relationship management
- Target-oriented & performance-driven
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email & CRM
- Experience in Digital Marketing / IT Services / SaaS / B2B will be an advantage
