nAIS Technolabs is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. If you have experience in IT services sales and client acquisition and are passionate about building global client relationships, we would like to connect with you.

nKey Responsibilities

nIdentify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets

nGenerate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals

nBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive revenue growth

nPresent company services and solutions to prospective clients

nPrepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

nMaintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders

nCollaborate with internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

nRequired Skills and Experience

n

n

n7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT Services industry

nStrong expertise in lead generation and client acquisition

nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

nUnderstanding of software development, mobile applications, and web solutions

nExperience working with CRM tools and sales platforms

nPreferred

n

nExperience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia)

nFamiliarity with Upwork, Clutch, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

nMBA or relevant postgraduate degree is an advantage
