- About RenterFinder
- RenterFinder.com is a no-broker rental platform for Bangalore. Landlords browse renter profiles and pick their tenant directly, and renters find flats without paying brokerage. 1,100+ renters and 120+ landlords have registered so far. We are a small, founder-led team building our first matches by hand, and you will work directly with the founder.

The role (remote, part time, 2 months)
- Call landlords and renters who have registered on RenterFinder.com about their own matches (a landlord picked their profile, or a renter fits their flat). These are warm calls, not cold calling.
- - Set up flat visits between renters and landlords, and follow up until the visit happens.
- - About 25 calls a day in two windows (11 AM - 1 PM and 6:30 - 8:30 PM IST), roughly 2-3 hours in total, Monday to Friday.
- - Log every call and its outcome in a shared tracker.
- - Review your call recordings with the founder every day and apply the feedback.
- - Help close RenterFinder's first deals.





What you'll learn Phone sales, objection handling, marketplace operations and CRM discipline, with daily one-on-one feedback from the founder.

Requirements

- Fluent spoken Hindi and English. Kannada is a big plus.
- - Based in Bangalore or knows its localities well (HSR Layout, Koramangala, BTM).
- - A quiet place to call from, a laptop or smartphone, and stable internet.
- - Available Monday to Friday in both calling windows.

Stipend and perks Rs 1,000/month plus Rs 750 for every deal that closes. Certificate, letter of recommendation and flexible hours.
