Alongside its core products, Nekofi runs Nekofi Brew Bar, providing curated tools and an open library of brewing protocols for those who want to explore specialty coffee more deeply.

The company also hosts Sensory Sessions, small-group palate calibration workshops that help participants better understand taste and coffee beyond the cup. Committed to sustainability, Nekofi closes the loop by upcycling or reclaiming used cups through #NekofiCreator and a free pickup program, keeping materials in the supply chain rather than landfill.

The role in one line:

You take Nekofi into hotels, luxury tourism, premium tour operators, and boutique stays across India — and build the hospitality channel from scratch.

What you'll actually do:

→ Build the target account list — boutique hotels, luxury resorts, high-end tour operators, premium Airbnb hosts across Delhi, Bombay, Bangalore

→ Research decision-makers, procurement patterns, existing supplier landscape

→ Own outbound sequences — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, in-person walk-ins

→ Ship sampling packs to shortlisted accounts and follow through to pilot orders

→ Move accounts from first pitch → pilot → repeat supplier

→ Build the pitch materials with the founder and design team

→ Track everything cleanly — pipeline, stage, next step

- Primary product: Nekofi specialty instant coffee (as an in-room, on-tour, at-desk premium coffee experience). Secondary: Nekofi sensory glassware for hotel F&B; programmes.

Who we're looking for:





- Hotel Management student or graduate (IHM, WGSHA, Christ, or similar) — final year or fresh out
- OR early-career F&B; professional (1–2 years at a hotel, ready to move brand-side)
- OR barista / floor experience at a specialty coffee brand (Blue Tokai, Subko, Third Wave, KC Roasters) with real commercial curiosity
- Comfortable pitching to F&B; directors, general managers, and procurement teams
- Understands specialty coffee — or genuinely willing to learn deep enough to hold a conversation with a hotel F&B; head
- Patient with long sales cycles. Hospitality B2B is 3–9 months. You need to be okay with slow.
- Delhi-based or willing to travel across Delhi / NCR for in-person meetings

Nice-to-have:

- Prior sampling / trade sales experience in F&B;
- Existing network in Indian hospitality
- Comfort with a CRM or a well-run sales sheet

Terms:

- Full time internship
- Paid stipend, discussed at interview
- Delhi-based, hybrid — in-person for hotel meetings and pitches, remote for research and admin
- 6-month minimum engagement, extendable
- Public credit, portfolio rights, reference letter after 6 months
