Role Description As a Business Development Intern at Cornixe, you will support the growth of our EdTech initiatives by assisting in lead generation, outreach, and relationship management with prospective partners and clients. You will conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze trends, and gather insights that inform business strategies. Daily tasks include preparing presentations, maintaining CRM records, coordinating follow-ups,



and supporting the business development team in meetings and corporate engagement activities.

You may also assist with basic customer service responses and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication. This is an on-site internship role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with partners and learners.
- Candidates should possess capability in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and CRM or database software is an advantage.
- Strong interest in EdTech, business development, and career enablement; prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or consulting is beneficial.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
