Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Placement & Corporate Relations Executive to strengthen our industry partnerships and drive placement opportunities for Hotel Management students. The ideal candidate should have a Hotel Management background with experience in Corporate Relations, Training & Placement, Business Development, or Hospitality Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, resorts, and hospitality organizations.
- Identify and onboard new hospitality partners for internships and final placements.
- Generate placement opportunities by leveraging existing industry contacts and networks.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and placement activities.




- Build and maintain a database of hospitality companies and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with academic teams to align students with industry requirements.
- Ensure placement targets are achieved while maintaining long-term corporate relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Business Development, Hospitality Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong network within the hospitality industry will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently develop recent corporate partnerships and placement opportunities.
