We're Hiring: Business Development Associate at Scoochers

Are you a driven, relationship-first professional who loves the thrill of the chase — from first cold outreach to closed deal? We're looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growing team and help us expand into new markets.

Who is Scoochers?

Scoochers is an offline, door-step learning platform that delivers one-on-one, personalized tutoring for students from grades 1 through 12 across core subjects such as math, science, English, and language arts. All tutors are experienced, certified educators focused on creating a high-quality learning experience tailored to each student’s needs.

What You'll Do

- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events)
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients/partners
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategy and messaging




- Schedule and support discovery calls/meetings for senior sales team members
- Track activity and pipeline health in [CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot]
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (recent grads welcome!)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a growth mindset
- Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection with resilience
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory

Compensation & Schedule

? CTC: ₹1.5 LPA Fixed + ₹1 LPA Variable (₹2.5 LPA total)
