About the Role
Shine Poly Packs Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at our Greater Noida unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales and expanding our market presence in the packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities (Kaam Kya Hoga):
- B2B Client Acquisition: Industrial area aur manufacturing units me packaging solutions ke liye naye corporate clients dundhna aur unhe approach karna.
- Product Pitching & Negotiation: Company ke packaging products ko professionally pitch karna, samples/quotes share karna, aur deals close karna.
- Relationship Management:
Purane clients ke sath acche business relations banaye rakhna taaki regular aur repeat orders milte rahein.
- Target Achievement: Company dwara diye gaye monthly sales aur revenue targets ko poora karna.
Requirements (Candidate me kya khubi honi chahiye):
- Experience: 1 se 4 saal ka B2B sales ya Industrial/Packaging sales ka experience (Acchi communication wale freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain).
- Skills: Convincing power, strong negotiation skills, aur professional communication (Hindi/English).
