Key Responsibilities

Run the full sales cycle — prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, negotiation, closure

Understand client pain points and pitch our solution with confidence and clarity

Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Track market trends and competitor activity to sharpen your pitch

Maintain accurate lead and deal tracking in the CRM

What We're Looking For

0–2 years in Inside Sales, BD, B2B/B2C Sales, or client acquisition (freshers with strong ambition welcome)

Confident,



persuasive spoken and written English — able to pitch and negotiate clearly A hunter mentality — resilient, competitive, driven to win and earn

Comfortable in a rapid-paced, target-driven 6-day environment
