About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships and contribute to the company’s growth in the Real Estate and Construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, references and direct outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, consultants, contractors and prospective clients.
- Identify upcoming construction and real estate projects and potential business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable proposals.
- Follow up on leads, proposals,



negotiations and business opportunities.
- Maintain client and lead databases, prospect trackers and regular MIS reports.
- Support business development strategies and market expansion initiatives.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and industry interactions.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction Business Development.
- Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of the local real estate and construction market will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and basic MIS/reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive approach.
