The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, conducting site visits, and assisting them throughout the property buying process.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in Real Estate / Commercial Real Estate / Property Sales / Business Development
✅ Robust sales and lead-generation skills
✅ Good communication and negotiation abilities
✅ Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
✅ Willingness to travel for property/site visits
✅ Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through calls, leads, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Connect with clients and understand their real estate requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle regular follow-ups and lead conversion
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Present property details, pricing, location benefits, and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated with real estate projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
