Rajbagh- A Holistic Wellness Retreat, located approximately 40 km from Udaipur city, is looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.

The role is focused on business generation, lead development, corporate outreach, partnerships, and conversion of wellness opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with individuals, corporate decision-makers, and potential wellness partners and should be able to clearly communicate the value of Rajbagh’s wellness programs.

Role DescriptionThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building corporate relationships, following up with prospects, and supporting conversions.

The candidate should have an interest in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, and holistic health, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, corporate sales, or relationship management

- Experience in wellness, healthcare, hospitality, premium services, or a similar industry will be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in making business calls, presentations, and client meetings
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Experience in B2B/corporate sales and partnership development preferred
- Robust negotiation, follow-up, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Good understanding of customer needs and consultative selling
- Basic understanding of wellness, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga, and holistic health will be preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Robust organizational and reporting skills

Responsibilities• Identify and develop new business and corporate wellness opportunities
- Research and approach potential corporate clients,



organizations, institutions, and wellness partners
- Generate qualified leads through calls, emails, networking, references, and other channels
- Conduct introductory calls and meetings with prospective clients
- Present Rajbagh’s wellness programs and corporate wellness offerings professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and potential partners
- Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the medical, wellness, and senior management teams when specific client requirements or wellness-related queries need to be discussed
- Understand the client's requirements and coordinate internally to develop suitable proposals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions
- Prepare regular business development reports and updates
- Support corporate visits, meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions
- Identify new channels and opportunities for increasing Rajbagh’s business
- Ensure all communication reflects Rajbagh’s premium positioning and professional standards
