Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dadri. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Executive will conduct market research, engage with potential clients, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, preparing proposals, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports to management.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
- Business acumen and understanding of construction or engineering services to align solutions with client requirements.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, present proposals, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Account Management capabilities to nurture client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and support repeat business.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, ideally within construction, engineering, or consulting domains.
- Ability to work on-site in Dadri, manage multiple priorities, and meet defined targets and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
