We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and IT service sales !

If you know how to convert leads into long-term clients and understand custom software engineering and staff augmentation, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

- Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Drive qualified leads via Upwork , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email outreach, and B2B marketplaces.
- Upwork Bidding: Identify target projects and submit customized, high-converting bids and proposals.
- Sales Execution:



Conduct discovery calls, understand technical requirements, coordinate with engineering teams, prepare SOWs/estimates, and close deals.
- Account Growth: Build long-term relationships with global clients for repeat business and IT resource augmentation opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- Strongly Preferred: Experience sellingSoftware/ Staff Augmentation / Dedicated Engineering Teams.
- Excellent written & verbal English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and contemporary tech stacks (AI, Cloud, Custom Web/Mobile).
- Proven track record of hitting lead generation and revenue targets.
