NWe are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with a strong interest in Marketing and Business Development. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with prospects, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to business growth.

NKey Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through various channels and identify potential clients.

- Support business development and marketing initiatives to drive new opportunities.

- Conduct market researchand competitor analysis to identify trends and potential business opportunities.

- Engage with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
N
- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer databases/CRM.
N
- Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, proposals, and reports.
N
- Follow up with prospects and support the lead through the initial stages of the sales cycle.
N




- Coordinate with internal teams to support business development activities and client requirements.

- Track lead status, follow-ups, and business development activities and provide regular updates.

nRequirements

- Bachelor's degree in BBA, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;

MBA is an added advantage.

- 1–2 years of experiencein Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
N
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in interacting with clients and prospects.
N
- Basic understanding of B2B sales, marketing, lead generation, and business development.
N
- Positive research, presentation, and analytical skills.
N
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace;

familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn and take ownership.
