We’re looking for confident, target-driven candidates to join our Admissions & Sales team.

Experience: 0–3 years | Freshers welcome

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 In-Hand + Uncapped Incentives

Shift: 7 PM–4 AM | Monday–Friday

Work Mode: Work from Office

Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off

Cab: One-way drop facility

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads and convert them into admissions.
- Counsel candidates about career/training programs.
- Conduct calls, follow-ups and lead conversion.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

Requirements
- Solid English communication.
- Sales, telesales, counseling or BDE experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a sales mindset can apply.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
