- To plan daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities in line with assigned targets and business priorities.

- To conduct market research and customer visits to identify potential industries, applications, and business opportunities for conveyor products.

- To generate recent leads through direct customer visits, referrals, exhibitions, digital platforms, and other business development activities.

- To understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design and technical teams to develop suitable conveyor solutions.

- To prepare initial and final technical-commercial quotations after coordinating internally for costing, specifications, and delivery feasibility.

- To regularly follow up on enquiries and quotations, resolve customer queries, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

- To obtain and verify customer Purchase Orders and coordinate for timely Sales Order processing.

- To coordinate and follow up with the sales coordinator to ensure customer requirements and delivery commitments are properly communicated and executed.





- To monitor order progress, provide regular updates to customers, and support in resolving any issues related to specifications, quality, or delivery.

- To follow up on payments as per agreed credit terms and coordinate with the concerned team for smooth order closure.

- To support marketing activities for conveyor products, including customer presentations, exhibitions, product communication, and market development initiatives.

- To maintain customer, lead, enquiry, quotation, order, and follow-up data in the CRM or defined sales tracking system.

- To maintain strong relationships with customers, collect market and competitor feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat and additional business.

- To submit regular sales activity, pipeline, order, and market reports to the Sales Manager & CMO.

- To maintain data security and confidentiality, and live by the HR Policy.
