? WE ARE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANCY

Earth En Quest Advisory is looking for a motivated and field-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing environmental consultancy team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh .

The role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales/business development/marketing , particularly someone interested in the environmental, industrial or regulatory sector.

? Location

Raipur, Chhattisgarh The position will involve both office-based work and field visits to industries and prospective clients across Chhattisgarh.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop prospective industrial clients for Earth En Quest's environmental consultancy and technical services.

• Regularly visit industries and industrial areas in and around Raipur, Durg-Bhilai, Bilaspur, Raigarh and Korba to identify business opportunities (TA for travel will be reimbursed).

- Develop relationships with industry representatives, EHS/environmental professionals, plant personnel and decision-makers.
- Understand clients' environmental requirements and identify appropriate services that Earth En Quest can provide.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, market research, referrals, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare suitable proposals/quotations.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing clients and regularly update lead status.




- Track environmental consultancy opportunities and developments in industrial areas across Chhattisgarh.
- Represent Earth En Quest professionally during client meetings, industrial visits and business-development activities.

?‍? Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing; experience in B2B/industrial sales will be preferred.

• Candidates with experience in or knowledge of environmental consultancy, environmental services, EHS, pollution control, industrial compliance or related sectors will be preferred.

• Knowledge of how environmental consultancies operate and familiarity with CECB/CPCB and environmental regulatory requirements will be an advantage.

- Ability to understand and communicate technical/environmental services to industrial clients.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chhattisgarh for client visits and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel will be preferred.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Work: Office + Field

Experience: 2–3 years preferred

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹2.5–3.0 LPA , depending on experience and suitability
