Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate fresh property leads through field visits, cold calling, digital outreach, referral networks, and local market activities. This role is about building the top of our sales funnel — the more leads you bring in, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, local canvassing, and networking
- Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants
- Run referral programs and follow up on word-of-mouth leads
- Distribute pamphlets/promotional material and represent DHPL at local events or society visits
- Use social media and WhatsApp outreach to identify prospective buyers
- Pass qualified leads to the telecalling/sales team with proper details
- Maintain a daily log of leads generated and their source

Requirements

- Confident, outgoing personality — comfortable meeting new people
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits (if applicable)
- Basic smartphone use for lead logging
- Freshers welcome — training provided
- Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or real estate is a plus

Salary & Benefits

Job Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to run and manage online lead generation campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and property listing portals. This role is key to increasing the volume of quality leads entering our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns for property listings
- Post and manage listings on real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, etc.)
- Manage DHPL's social media pages — content posting, engagement, and lead capture forms
- Track ad performance and optimize campaigns to reduce cost-per-lead
- Coordinate with the telecalling team to hand over leads generated online
- Create basic property posters/reels/videos for promotion (or coordinate with a designer)

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or willingness to learn
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content posting
- Freshers with digital marketing certification welcome
- Experience in real estate portal management is a plus

Salary & Benefits
