Role Description 1. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads.

- Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Develop & implement creative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Analyse trends, data, demographics,



pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
- Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead.
- Performance monitoring & presentation of regular performance reports of team.
