- Eligibility Criteria: Business Development Executives (BDE)
- Supervisor Academics: Candidate should be minimum Graduate and above pass out to fulfill the eligibility

- Skills and Experience
- • Should have worked in sales for at least 2 years or more in HoReCa sector
- • Able to do cold calls and convert them into customers. (maintain sales funnel)
- • Daily calls, Productivity, customer facing time are critical
- • Able to do cross sales at existing customer’s base.
- • Should be capable of achieving Individual sales target.
- • Should be able to understand and evaluate end customer’s needs and provide an appropriate solution.
- • Good communication skill in English&Hindi;/regional vernacular language is a must

- Other requirements
- • Presentable and smart with cheerful disposition
- • Geographical knowledge and understanding of HoReCa trade




- • Positive at relationship management specially at end customer.
- • Able enough to perform basic calculation of margins, schemes, productivity.
- • Will have to consistently hit and exceed sales target
- Please note: Candidate should own a two wheeler Salary: 25,000-30,000 (*Net Take Home) + DA/TA + Incentive
